Kanajii on "I cannot continue the support conversation on the App."

Hi, I'm Kanajii who have been receiving your support on iPhone App conversation today.
I know this post is inappropriate if the original.
But after sending Activity log, the App is invariably terminated abnormally when I try to open the conversation. I haven't read your last message yet. It doesn't look like that we can continue the conversation on the App. Would you email me the detail? I'm looking forward to contacting from you. Thanks.
