misterkelly on "Request: change image file name"

Hi,

I now have a complete mobile workflow for my iPad, and it works. However, it uses one app too many, because I need to have my images with human-readable names. I sometimes reuse images months / years later on the site, and in other contexts, and I therefore want my images called something like "Pacific Pallisades 2003" not AEJY65D7NT.jpg as iOS names them.

It took me a long time to find a solution and the solution is a 0.99c app called PUPS which enables me to change the file name of a photo in my camera roll before uploading it to my WP media library.

My request: add this feature to Wordpress please! I cannot be the only person who wants their images files named sensibly, can I?
